1. About Hifadhi

Hifadhi ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace at hifadhi.co.ke where users can buy and sell professional document templates. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Buying

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Payments are processed securely by Paystack (card and M-Pesa). After a confirmed payment you receive a download link valid for 30 days. Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final except where a file is corrupted, materially misdescribed, or undeliverable - in those cases contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

4. Selling

You may only upload templates you created or hold the rights to distribute. Uploads are reviewed before going live and we may reject or remove content at our discretion. Hifadhi retains a 10% commission on each sale; the remainder accrues to your seller balance. Payouts are made via M-Pesa once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold.

5. Licence to Buyers

Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt it for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the template itself, whether original or modified, as a template.

6. Prohibited Content

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious (including documents containing macros or embedded code). We scan uploads and remove offending content, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

Templates are provided by independent sellers. Hifadhi does not provide professional (legal, medical, financial) advice, and templates are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions? Contact us.
